Main functions
- PWR ON output for controlling the SSR relay - turning on the hamshack during remote operation
- reads the frequency from TRX and sends it to MQTT (typically for controlling antenna switching) and makes it available on http port 81
- receives ascii characters on UDP port 89, which it sends via Bluetooth to the IC-705, and transmit them as a CW message
- receives ascii characters on UDP port 89, which it sends in RTTY mode by keying FSK and PTT TRX inputs
- CI-V output (galvanically isolated) for connecting PA or other devices
- receives CAT command on UDP port 90 (currently filtered to clear RIT only)
- serial terminal with a speed of 9600 baud on USB-C for finding out the currently assigned IP address from DHCP, or for uploading firmware
Quick start guide
- plug 13,8V DC power jack
- interface start WiFi in AP mode which signals a fade in/out on the status LED
- connect PC or phone to Wifi AP name “IC705-if-AP” with password “remoteqth”
- open web page url http://ic705.local and set SSID and Password for connect interface to our local wifi
- after reboot, interface connect to your local wifi which signals OFF on the status LED
- The IP address that the interface received from the DHCP server, the internal wifi plays on the IC-705 using CW <VIDEO>
- now the configuration web page is available at this IP address or at http://ic705.local
