Easy Controller 6-2 for six-2-two antenna switch with remote control

This is universal manual, automatic (OTRSP) and remote (web, IP, cluster) controller for any antenna 6 to 2 switch. There is universal output driver - you can use +12 V OUT or switching to the Ground. Outputs could be classic 2x6 wires or BCD output 2x3. There is also WiFi client inside. You are able to control switching by the web-based User Interface (UI). Controller have got built-in PTT hot switch protection, PTT OUT break when no antenna selected and lock between antennas - first win.

USB control:

• USB control based on OTRSP protocol
• Logging software configuration for OTRSP needed manual
• Automatic port switching by the logging SW.
• Manual and web-based control still works
• Logging software could only switch ports, can not read status from controller
• Tested with N1MM+, WinTest, DXlog

• DC supply voltage 13,8 V DC plug

• DC EXTernal supply max. 26 V (pin Vext + only for relay output)
• DC EXTernal current max. 1 A (pin Vext + only for relay output)
• Output is universal +13,8 V or + EXT or to GND - (TBD driver) (ULN driver)

• BCD output is DC supply voltage or Vext one (could be TTL 5 V)
• BCD output TTL when Vext = 5 V, jumper to Vext
• Output current max. 500mA per output, 500mA total / bank
• Voltage drop for TBD driver typ. 0,2V for +13,8 V input and 0,7V including fuse
• Voltage drop for ULN driver typ. 0,8V for +13,8 V input
• RFI filtered USB port, compatible with OTRSP protocol
• WiFi 2,4 GHz CLIENT with external antenna (SMA at rear panel)

• PTT hot switch protection PTT (TX = GND)
• TRX A-B lock (first win) can not set the same antenna
• USED LED and PTT IN/OUT protection while NO ANT or locked one manual

Default output setting is with TBD driver. Output control is +12V. If you need to control external devices by switching to ground, you must replace the driver with ULN and change the Jumper settings. ULN is not included. Can be ordered here.
