REMOTIUS 64 - UNIVERSAL remote controller

This is IP controller designed for direct connection with our K9AY++ / 4-WAY and 7ANT controllers at first three banks or universal 12, 12, 13 and 16 outputs, one analog input (for 4SQ dummy load power), many temperature sensors for your PA, room, PS etc. This box offers web based User Interface, Beam Map control or any other system (NodeRed, StreamDeck etc.) Outputs including DC protection - electronic fuse. LAN port is 100 Mbit with double common-mode filter and high voltage protection. LED indications show status of the remote controller (each bank). There is also PTT hot switch protection when needed.

Parameters:

• Universal 53 outputs with + voltage or GND outputs (depends on bank) example
• Controller supply voltage 12 to 14V, max. 16 V DC / 1,5A, DC plug cable
• BANK 1 to 3 have positive drivers max. 26V DC
• BANK 4 is switching to Ground
• JUMPERS for different configuraton, pse see manual
• BANK 1 and 2 need EXT power supply max. 26V DC
• BANK 3 internal or EXT power supply controller voltage or EXT max. 26V DC
• BANK 4 could have 12 V output for external devices (relays), max. 0,5A
• BANK output current max. 500mA per output, 700mA total per bank
• Voltage drop for positive driver typ. 0,2V for +12V input and 0,7V including fuse
• Output voltage for positive driver is input voltage minus abt 0,7V
• BANK 4 voltage drop typ. 0,8V for +12V
• LED indication: ON BANK and PTT
• Temperature sensor: up to 10 of 18B20
• PTT IN: RCA or Bank 1 or 2
• PTT HOT switch protection for ALL banks
• PTT OUT: FET 0,5 A, 50V DC (no delay)
• Analog input: max. 16 V DC
• LAN 10/100 Mbit with filter and protection
• ONLY DHCP IP address - not static

BANKs summary:

• BANK 1: positive output needs external DC supply (max. 26V, 0,7A)
• BANK 2: positive output needs external DC supply (max. 26V, 0,7A)
• BANK 3: positive output supply from controller or Vext (pin 15), (max. 26V, 0,7A)
• BANK 4: negative output switching to ground (max. 50V, 0,5A per pin). Possible DC out for ext. device.
• BANK 4: possible DC out for ext. device Controller supply voltage, max. 0,5A

Analog input:

• One analog input for 4SQ UI
• Simply indication - low accuracy ADC
• Possible to use BANK 1 or 2 (shared one ADC)
• Internal 30 turn trimmer for scale set
• Full scale Voltage: min. typ. 4,2V, max. 16V DC
• Overdrive protection

Temperature sensor:

• Optional input designed for 18B20 sensors
• Star topology connection for more sensors
• You can use up to 10 pieces
• Sensor voltage 3V3
• Simply RFI filter
